Automatic scanning is unlimited: every keyword's grid re-scans every two weeks, always. On-demand "scan right now" re-runs are included up to 30 per site per month. Each add-on is confirmed in the app before it's ever charged - nothing appears on an invoice by surprise.

Use all of it

Stay or go

Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing - two clicks in the billing portal. Stay, and billing starts on day 6. Your data history is kept either way if you come back.

FAQ

What counts as a "site"?

One business = one site, no matter how many locations it has. A client with three Google Business Profiles is one site (the plan includes 3 profiles per site; more are $2/mo each). BrightLocal would call that three locations and bill you three times - we don't.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. The Single Business plan is $69/mo or $690/year (two months free). Switch from the billing portal; the change prorates automatically through Stripe.

What happens if I go over 10 sites on Agency?

Each site past ten adds $15/mo, prorated from the day you add it. Adding a site tells you the price before anything is charged. Remove a site and the charge stops with it.

How do the add-ons get billed?

Extra keywords ($3/mo) and extra profiles ($2/mo) ride your existing subscription - one invoice, prorated by Stripe. The app shows the price and asks you to confirm before any add-on starts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - two clicks in the Stripe billing portal, no email required, no retention call. Access runs to the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months, but we also never lock you into one.

How do payments work?

All billing runs through Stripe - we never see or store card numbers. Agencies billing their own clients connect their own Stripe account, and that money goes straight to them.

Is there a discount for annual agency billing?

Not yet - agency pricing is already built to be done in your head: $199 covers 10, $15 a site after. If your roster is 50+ sites, talk to us.
